Honeywell Connected Industrial (HCI) Line of business is a leading provider of software offerings in the Process Industry which includes Oil and Gas, Refining, Petrochemicals, Paper, Metals and Pharma industry. Primary Function:
The Project Manager is focused on the customer interface and the business management of multiple digitalization initiatives within 1-2 large corporate customers of Honeywell in CIS region (mainly Russia). This position will have responsibility for multiple and complex digitalization projects (including Operator Training Simulator, Advanced Process Control, Manufacturing Execution System, Predictive Maintenance initiatives, mainly within Oil & Gas sector.
???????Main Responsibilities:
- Overall business responsibility for project execution and delivery (Cost, Schedule, Quality, Customer Satisfaction and Safety) of assigned projects
- Drive customer satisfaction,
- Drive Project Management best practice
- Responsible for monthly business processes including project reviews, financial and labor forecasting
- Plan, develop and support staffing of key personnel to meet the project requirements,
- Interface with the other businesses and functions when executing cross business projects,
- Be a change agent - influence, consult, and lead efforts for sharing and standardizing of best practices and processes,
- Work with Engineering resource leaders to ensure the required skills are developed in the targeted geographies
Qualifiсations:
- A total of 4-5 years of experience comprising Engineering or / and Project management or / and Program management
- Degree in business and / or engineering or relevant working experience,
- Preferably experience in the Industrial Automation or/and Digital transformation or/and relevant industry with proven track record delivering large, complex projects,
- Business acumen, project planning,
- Key behaviors to include results oriented, self motivated, global mindset, teamwork, intelligent risk taking
- PMI or similar Project Management accreditation is an advantage
- Fluent in Russian language and ability to conduct work in English.
