UX Designer
responsibilities:
• Work closely with the Product Manager to understand the problems and user needs,
transforming them into high level product requirements
• Transform high level product requirements, into clear and detailed PRDs
• Deliver user stories, user flows, wireframes and prototypes
• Identify usability problems and come up with effective and rapid solutions
• Conduct research, interviews and surveys, translating user feedback into product
requirements
• Balance immediate business needs as well as the long-term health of the user
experience, and participate in the project planning process
• Understand company & user needs, and help deliver solutions that answer both
• Work closely with software development teams, content developers, users, and other
stakeholders to enhance UX presence across all company efforts
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, engineering, and marketing
to ensure a smooth product design process and consistent visual language
• Communicate with technical and non-technical staff to ensure full integration and goal
attainment
qualifications:
• You have a 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design work, with at least one year
experience in pure UX
• Knowledge about user experience principles and methodologies
• Knowledge about the key metrics that define a successful user experience
• Can demonstrate work process methodology including user workflows,
wireframes/mockups and design explorations
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Have flawless written English, and you're confident running customer-facing
communications
• You're quick to gain trust of people, make them feel comfortable in sharing their candid
feedback
• You are very creative and a problem solver with high attention to detail
• You are agile and enjoy the speed of a fast-paced, highly engaged startup environment
• You are hands-on, curious and love to explore new domains and technologies
• You are a critical thinker prepared to challenge the status quo
• Online portfolio of work demonstrating high UX skills
Nice to have:
• Experience working with distributed, agile teams
• Experience of designing for (or working as a developer) the SDLC
• Experience with CI/CD products
• Experience leading and managing user testing a plus
• Experience in SaaS products
• Experience in B2B
• Experience in designing data visualization dashboards and products
• Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills
