The Business Analyst / Management Trainee program allows a newcomer to propel performance to and above the company benchmark by learning while executing cross-unit tasks and projects. A trainee will learn high performing principles, habits, mechanism design models, and process automation tools, and will have to educate and lift the performance of other teammates.
Upon successful completion, the trainee should have achievements on the belt and be appointed at a role fitting the trainee's skills, values, and lifetime goals. Trainee starts his acceleration track in close contact with the CEO in one of the units below:
- Sales and Marketing
- Finance, HR
- Trading and liquidity desk
- Analytics (User growth, Marketing, Leads&CRM, Trading)
- Customer Success (B2B, Account/Fundraising Management)
- Lead Generation & CRM Automation
- Payments and Remittances
- Primary market VC Fundraising and Origination (deals sourcing, book building and crowdfunding)
- Legal and Compliance
- HFT, Futures and Derivatives markets (HFT traders)
Functions:
- Start as a trainee in one of the units and get hands on experience
- Initiate unit process automation
- Learn or leverage python, MysQL, BPMN, data science, scrum
- Grow with the unit or cross unit initiatives
Requirements:
- Has a hard-working client-oriented culture
- Experience with the following languages is an advantage: Python, SQL, C#, etc.
- Probably worked 2+years in high pace international environment or has a degree in top 30 international university
- Experience in VC/capital markets or fintech or crypto or development or startups will be a plus.
- Has outstanding problem solving and critical reasoning skills
