WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Concierge Manager to join our team and focus on taking care of time-consuming tasks, supervising internal and external clients’ needs, making restaurant reservations, book tickets, supervise travel directions, get access to events or fulfill lifestyle tasks. The best candidate must have 3+ years relevant experience, can join the team immediately and will be responsible for:
— Supervising concierge service direction
— Serving as a quickly resolving inquires hub for all concierge questions
— Provide up to date information on facilities, services, events, travel and logistics
— Arranging bookings, appointments and reservations
— Conducting proactive outreach via phone or email responding to all incoming inquiries
— Cooperating with Logistics & Hospitality on accommodation, travel, transfers, visas and lifestyle support and with other teams on day to day operations
— Ensuring the effective administration of information relating to concierge issues
— Sending documents through official channels, solving organizational issues
— Keeping accurately all the records in database of all incoming information
— Contriving concierge procedures and standards
— Budget planning and control
— Support events
— Attending team meetings
— Communicate with relevant Russian and Qatari partners
— Performs other duties as assigned
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Higher education (Tourism or Hospitality as an advantage)
Proven experience in Concierge Services, Guest Service or related fields
Diligence, accuracy, responsibility, attentiveness
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office
Ability to remain calm in stressful driving situations during rush hours
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong English (С1/C2 must have), well-bred Russian speech
Reference ability
Be sure to have a willingness to perform a test task.
