Qatar - Russia ("QR") is set up under the auspices of the Embassy of the State of Qatar to the Russian Federation ("Embassy"), with a mission to develop the bilateral business and cultural relations between the two countries.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The best candidate must have 5+ years relevant experience can join the team immediately and will be responsible for:
— Creation and execution of the Qatar – Russia SPIEF 2021 Legacy concept joint with architectural, operations & marketing teams
— Developing a legacy vision for different key audiences
- Day-to-day communication and building contacts with appropriate city government structures and cultural & charity institutions
— Day-to-day work with departments to deliver the project
— Undertaking research and develop networks to inform future strategy development
— Produce all materials to promote legacy giving across the organisation and review them on a regular basis to ensure they are up to date and reflect current best practice
— Communication with Marketing department to create the marketing cases, based on legacy project
- Making and reporting different submissions
- Communication with the project suppliers & contractors
- Keep up to date with any changes in legislation and industry standards around the promotion of legacies
- Budget holding
— Documentation flow coordination
REQUIRED SKILLS
Master degree in International Relations, Marketing, PR or other relevant discipline
PROVEN BACKGROUND in legacy development management
Experience with cloud-based document management, collaboration tools and project management solutions
Project management and budget management skills
A highly proactive mind-set with superb problem-solving skills
Attention to details and initiative
Being able to work in stressful environments
Assessing issues in a timely manner and meeting deadlines
Strong English (С1/C2 must have), well-bred Russian speech
Reference ability
Clear criminal record
Be sure to have a willingness to perform a test task.
