As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will join a global team of designers in our vibrant in-house creative department to help create on-trend designs, influence design direction, and deliver on a wide variety of creative campaigns. This is an exciting opportunity to grow and take ownership over projects while collaborating with skilled team members from a variety of disciplines. We're looking for a Senior level designer who loves all things design but also seeks to inspire and mentor junior team members and influence the team's creative output. Responsibilities:
- Mentor designers on the team, creating a strong sense of purpose and community, and promoting a culture of design excellence.
- Be a skilled communicator, articulate ideas both within the team and with stakeholders.
- Create high-quality designs that are tailored to and curated for campaigns and project briefs.
- Manage entire projects from concept to delivery.
- Drive design research, mood boards, brainstorming, and design reference sessions with the team.
- Troubleshoot project or process problems as they arise and initiate improvements to design, collaboration, and efficiency processes as needed.
- Stay on top of the competitive design landscape to better understand brand objectives, target markets, and industry trends and share these insights with the team.
- Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- 5 - 6+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer or a senior role creating a diverse range of designs.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating your passion for designing clean and beautiful designs.
- Art direction experience - the ability to brief illustrators, photographers and videographers to create beautiful and quality content.
- The ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities, seamlessly shifting focus from one to the other. The ability to work collaboratively in a creative team environment.
- Diligence to hit deadlines.
- Good level of written and spoken English.
