Qatar - Russia ("QR") is set up under the auspices of the Embassy of the State of Qatar to the Russian Federation, with a mission to develop the bilateral business and cultural relations between the two countries.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The best candidate must have 3+ years relevant experience, can join the team immediately and will be responsible for:
1. Financial support of business units, reporting, budgeting.
2. Financial reporting
3. Budgeting and monitong the day-to-day financial operations within the company
4. Financial expertise of contracts
5. Preparation of financial and adminisgtrative documents
6. Close cooperation and communications with business units and key heads of departments and company employees to ensure maximum efficiency, productivity of financial services
7. Search for necessary information
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Higher Financial education
Proven experience in the financial sector with previous roles such as financial manager
Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns
A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles
Knowledges of financial management reporting
Proficient user of finance software
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office (Excel - high level)
Diligence, high accuracy, responsibility, attentiveness
Ability to remain calm in stressful driving situations during rush hours
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations
Strong English (С1/C2 must have), well-bred Russian speech
