WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Chief Information Officer to join our team and lead the day-to-day running of an organization’s IT infrastructure. The best candidate must have 5+ years relevant experience, can join the team immediately and will be responsible for:
- Managing the organization 's entire IT landscape and overall IT services
- Informing management about operational efficiency improvement through IT tools
- Structuring and controlling IT staff development and prosperous progress to ensure the IT department runs smoothly and effectively
- Supervising the development and advancement of communications network
- Designing a wide area connectivity network infrastructure with an emphasis on filling remote access needs
- Сomprehensive IT vendors and service providers interaction and procurement processes
- Preparing cost-benefit analyses in IT workflow and projects
- Budget cost-effective development, tracking and completion including hardware, software and IT services
- Ensuring organization’s technological processes and service comply with all requirements, laws, and regulations
DAILY TASKS
- Direct and establish IT-related projects
- Supervise the networks and computer systems to ensure optimal performance
- Provide leadership to IT specialists within the team
- Plan, implement the overall use of Information Technologies in the organization
- Checking the status of all systems and hardware
- Plan and direct the implementation of new IT systems
- Troubleshoot data-related issues and establish regular maintenance
- Protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of data and information systems
REQUIRED SKILLS
Master's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field required
Perfect proficiency in establishing IT services framework and IT policies management processes
A highly analytical mind-set with superb problem-solving skills
Project management and budget management skills
Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure
Being able to work in stressful environments
Assessing issues in a timely manner and meeting deadlines
Strong English (С1/C2 must have), well-bred Russian speech
Reference ability
Be sure to have a willingness to perform a test task.
