The legendary fashion Brand is looking for a IT Director.

Responsibilities:

Stakeholder Management:

• Responsible for execution and ensures the alignment Russia IT with the goals and strategies of the Company
• Ensures the alignment of Russia IT with Global IT architecture and system roadmaps;
• Communication to internal / external stakeholders and (matrixed) teams.

Strategy:

• Supports the implementation of the long-term strategic roadmap for Russia IT.

Operations/Delivery:

• Meets or exceeds agreed SLA and delivery goals for Russia IT through matrixed teams and partnerships;
• Delivers Russia IT according to Company’s IT and PMO/Governance processes, Enterprise Architecture standards and agreed development practices;
• Manages global and local suppliers according to worldwide code of business conduct, anti-bribery and anti-corruption policies;
• Initiates operational improvements to strengthen operational/project execution and results or reduces costs.

Talent:

• Manages and motivates the Russia IT internal team – annual objectives, development planning, coaching, performance management, task allocation.

Finance:

• Administration (monthly, quarterly) of the annual financial planning for Russia IT and supports the delivery of resulting financial targets;
• Optimizes the effectiveness of delivery of Russia IT ensuring realization of maximum value;
• Responsible for day-to-day management of operational or project budgets.
• Manage international/local suppliers in line with worldwide code of business conduct, anti-bribery and anti-corruption policies;

Requirements:

Education and skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience;
• Good understanding of stakeholder priorities and goals;
• Good leadership skills with business and technical groups;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Vendor Management;
• Basic financial skills;
• Fluent English.

Experience:

• At least five years of experience in the IT industry;
• Experience of working with or on relevant IT.
• Proven performance record;
• Ability to establish and maintain productive relationships (internal/external).
