Italian brand FURLA is looking for business oriented experienced Customer Service & Sales Specialist (Wholesale Partners and Marketplaces)
(Maternity leave contract)
Role of the position:
- Revenue Generator
- KPI control
- Delivery control
- Partners development
- Customer service
- Legal coordination
- Seasonal campaign organizer
Main Responsibilities:
Marketplaces development:
- Work with potals;
- 1C information flow;
- Review Commission Reports;
- Preparation of specifications;
- Shipment of goods;
- Sales reporting.
Work with partners:
- Commercial Terms and Conditions negotiation;
- Contracting and further documentation flow with partners;
- Order Campaign organization;
- Consulting during the order campaign, selection, sending confirmation to Italy
- Order confirmation, control of goods readiness and confirmation with the customers;
- Monitoring of payments and shipments
- Invoicing;
- Confirmation of deposits received;
- To respond to the clients’ claims concerning the quality and quantity of the dispatched goods according to delivery contract.
- To find out the reasons for violation of the contract’s terms, takes measures for removing and preventing them.
Organizational:
- Prepare sales reports weekly
- Budget preparation, shipping forecast
- Approval and confirmation of scrap, repair
- Advertising, Marketing, Season Content Update
- Control promotion and advertising activities
- Maintain data base
- Maintain statistics on each client: sales, purchasing, and performance analysis.
- Organization of trainings for partners
- Online Sales Reconciliation
- Block online resources with fake goods through Brandsecurity
Requirements:
- University degree
- 3+ years of relevant experience in premium segment with Franchising partners and Market Places (preferably Fashion);
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office;
- Fluent English (upper- intermediate level – both written and oral for effective communication with Italian office);
- Result-oriented, well-organized, team player with excellent communication skills;
- Commercial awareness, strong negotiation and communication skills.
