Executive Search and Leadership Consultancy company is looking for Financial / Investment Advisor for a Moscow office of the leading global bank:
Resposibilities:
- To grow client base and grow total portfolio balance
- Bring new HNW customers based on personal network and previous work experience
- To ask for referrals from existing customers
- Provide tailored wealth management advice to affluent and HNWI
- To introduce various financial products as well as offer an individual wealth management plan to fit customers’ needs based on risk taking preferences and financial objectives;
- To conduct customer profiling, portfolio allocation, product selection;
- To conduct portfolio review on a quarterly basis; to rebalance annually and upon risk profile change
- To meet compliance requirements with regard to branch procedures, regulations, relations, and communication with customers, sales process, and service of customers;
- To request and receive necessary information and documents from customers (KYC policy), following request from compliance department and in line with RF laws and internal Bank regulations;
- Ensure constant self-development in the fields of knowledge and skills advancing
- To pass respective tests, certifications, trainings in time and in line with standard requirements for the position;
- To know and refresh knowledge of the Bank’s procedures and RF Law in banking;
Knowledge/Experience:
- Previous experience as relationship manager in affluent and high net worth segment (3 – 5 years)
- A current portfolio of HNW clients
- Understanding of stock markets and investment products
- Experience in financial services or investment product development is a plus
Education & Skills:
- Higher education in Finance, Economics / MBA or studying abroad is an advantage
- Outstanding sales skills / Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills / Strong business planning and time-management skills
- Strong problem-solving skills / Organizational and leadership skills
Compensation:
Base salary +KPI’s bonus scheme + company’s benefit
