WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We would like this person to play a significant role in developing and managing affiliate and referral partnerships. As a director of the Affiliates team, you’ll have a unique opportunity to shape and impact one of the platform’s growth factors; sync with the Partnerships and Payments teammates and actively engage with new and existing clients. Communication with customers in English via emails and phone is essential, and full English proficiency is a must. A prompt response, a desire to help clients and willingness to "solve hard problems" is key to accelerate your future here
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
-
developing and improving the affiliate/referral systems as a business unit;
-
analyzing successful use cases;
-
identifying fraudulent actions;
-
collecting partner feedback and sharing findings with the team.
REQUIRED SKILLS
-
3-5 years experience in the affiliate marketing;
-
сomplete understanding of the affiliate toolset: platforms, networks, CRM;

experienced in the retail freemium SAAS;
-
full proficiency in English;
-
a self-starter with a positive attitude and partnership mindset;

efficient with time and responsibilities;

sociable and diplomatic by nature.
