Qatar - Russia ("QR") is set up under the auspices of the Embassy of the State of Qatar to the Russian Federation, with a mission to develop the bilateral business and cultural relations between the two countries.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Relationship Development Director to join the QR division in Helsinki (Finland) immediately and will be in charge for a deep relationship management in business and culture segments with Qatar and respective countries.
RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Increase relationship development in business and cultyre segments between Finland and Qatar
- Develop and maintain business and culture relationship development expert network for the benefit and reporting to QRCC head office
- Lead studies into aeas of economic and cultural cooperation between Finland and Qatar, identify priority partners to potential cooperation
- Approach futher business relatioships with Finnish partners in investment, consultancies, cultural and other communities
- Build up knowledge base, develop and conduct presentations and overviews on Finnish economies, investment markets, cultural and PR strategic sectors and areas of opportunities
- Provide ad hoc support with analytical notes on business development subjects
REQUIRED SKILLS:
International proven experience as a Business Relationship Development Director with excellent business relationship management track record
At least 5-7 years of relevant experience in such areas as business development, economic strategy, investment and trade, public relations and culture consulting
The ideal candidate is extroverted and energetic by nature with aptitude for fostering positive business development relationships
Strategic data-driven thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills
Excellent communication, presentation and data visualization skills
Strong written and spoken Finnish and English
This is a demanding full-time position with an initial contract which will require significant working hours, as necessary, and will entail periodic business travel to Russia and Qatar.
Applicants should be prepared to perform a test assignment (requiring up to 6 working hours)
