WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Production Manager to join our team and lead the day to day technical management, supervision and control marketing production needs and gifts program to support 6 business streams in 2 markets and ensure production processes and quality output are maintained across the board, on brand and above quality expectations. The best candidate must have 5+ years relevant experience, can join the team immediately and will be responsible for:
- Production coordination of all production needs
- Vendor search
- Quotation sourcing
- Procurement, finance, and legal liaison
- Storage management
- Distribution management
- Production oversight
- Vendor management
- Quality control
- Third-party agency liaison
- Third-party specialized vendor liaison
- Internal liaison
- Liaison with C-Suite Executives
DAILY TASKS
- Assisting in development and alignment of the production and gifts program strategy, identity and framework, and implementing this in day to day operations including planning and organizing production schedules
- Assisting with the development and coordination of processes, procedures and quality control standards to ensure cohesion and synergies across all channels, verticals and streams
- Ensuring production process compliance and quality centric output for all business streams in accordance with their requirements and liasing with above mentioned stakeholders
- Day to day management of production requests including collateral, event related production, gift programs etc. including assessing requirements, resources, budget and mapping out delivery timelines
- Estimating, negotiating and agreeing on budgets and timescales with clients and managers
- Selecting, ordering and purchasing or producing materials for various initiatives including events, gift program etc
- Assess and manage new product, service, campaign launch & event production material as needed for all business streams, overseeing execution
- Serving as the focal point contact for internal stakeholders for production requirements
- Developing Request For Proposals, Scopes of Work, and managing the tendering process as needed
- Building relationships with and managing suppliers, vendors, distributors and any third-party providers in the value chain
- Ensuring production materials accuracy, unified look and feel and maximum impact
- Ensuring gifts inventory management
- Liaising with Logistics department to optimize gift distribution process
- Reporting on day to day basis on assigned tasks, as well as providing weekly/monthly “production” reports as needed
REQUIRED SKILLS
Master's Degree in Marketing, PR or related field required
A highly analytical mind-set with superb problem-solving can-do spirit
A quality-centric, sophisticated, clean and modern aesthetic
A cultural and artistic sensibility
Project management and budget management skills
An ability to work autonomously and as part of team with little supervision
An ability to cope and flourish in demanding, stressful, fast paced, multi business stream environment
Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure
Assessing issues in a timely manner and meeting deadlines
Strong English (С1/C2 must have), well-bred Russian speech
Reference ability
The ideal candidate should have worked within an agency or large organization environment and been the point person for all production needs large and small.
The ideal candidate also should have excellent vendor contacts and ample experience dealing with large and small marketing materials and gift producers in Russia.
