Virtuozzo delivers a converged virtual infrastructure platform that enables service providers and enterprises to leverage containers, virtual machines, and software-defined storage with backups, image management, and automation tools — all in a single solution.
We are looking for an experienced Billing analyst who will be responsible for various data analytics, both recurring and by managerial request, AR management and other tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting, such as revenue reporting, usage analysis, customer churn\growth analysis, target vs actuals etc
- Maintenance Sales Quotas and Commission, incl. Quota Plan design, documenting, commission calculation and processing
- Close cooperation with Business Analysts in everything related to various IT systems implementation and maintenance: SFDC, Chickpea, Acumatica, SQL data warehouses, PowerBI, Authorize.Net, Telecash, etc.
- Close cooperation with Finance on collections, tax and other related matters
- Close cooperation with Sales on the pipeline review, sales quota fulfillment progress and forecasting
- Participation in billings – both regular monthly and one-time
- Customer licenses management
- Play leading role in AR management incl managing our cases in collection agency.
- Creating and maintaining data sets in PowerBI;
- Create and maintain documentation on sales processes, policies and relevant sales training materials and assist with onboarding new sales talents.
Requirments:
- BS/MS degree in a technical, economics or business-related field.
- 3+ years of experiment in analytics or finance, preferably in IT or software development.
- Fluency in English (spoken/written) is a must.
- Exceptional Excel skills.
- Customer first mentality, on-hands involvement.
- High level of communication skills and stress resistance;
Would be considered as an advantage, but not mandatory:
- knowledge of Salesforce, Tableau/PowerBi/or other BI software;
- SQL knowledge;
- German written/spoken.
