The Role
- Optimization of the existing HR structure and processes
- Putting in place an effective reporting system
- Analyzing and managing the budget
- Identifying HR strategical gap, developing solutions with the team and the departments concerned, and leading the implementation
- Supervising and following up projects in other departments (Admin, IT, HSE…)
- Improving and developing the HR strategy
- Creation of HR process/strategical documents
- Developing new procedures and guidelines and formalize them
- Analyzing the business and creating well-structured KPI indicators and assessment procedures
- Standardization of the recruitment process and Job Description
- Building recruitment strategy
- In collaboration with Financial Department, develop/improve payment procedures
- Develop and implement Training programs and educational strategy
- Leading and developing a team
- HR Audit
- Maintaining compliance with federal regulations concerning all employment activities
- Reporting to General Manager
The Candidate
- Higher education, ideally in HR or Psychology
- 5+ years experience in a HR Management role
- Good leadership skills and people management experience
- Excellent Verbal and Written English
- Strong personal and communication skills
- Project management skills
- Strong knowledge of Russian employment legislation and experience in labor relations
- Ability to think strategically and conceptually, and solve business problems with pragmatic and speedy HR solutions – assimilating issues and ideas into clear requirements, generating alternative solutions based on own insight or learning
