Otto Group Russia, a world famous leader in the sphere of e-commerce, is looking for Head of IT Infrastructure department.

Responsibilities:

• Team management/ distributed team management (approximately 25 people).
• Strategic planning and optimization of IT infrastructure landscape.
• Financial planning for IT infrastructure department.
• Set up targets/ KPI's management and control target/ KPI realization.
• Manage and control operational tasks distribution and realization.
• Take over responsibility and drive realization.
• Drive Change management.
• Risk and opportunity management.
• Understanding of interdependencies between different elements of infrastructure.
• Supplier/ contract management.

• Regular communiction with key business stakeholders and supporting business growth with relevant solutions.

• Implementation of ITSM processes, SLA and driving continious improvement.

• Ensure robust DRP, BCP.

• Technical support/ help desk/ service desk organization, Inventory management/ CMDB.

• Strong Information security (data protection, personal data, cryptography).

Requirements:

• Higher education.
• People management, KPI setup and management skills
• Expereince in Multinational company.
• Strong ITSM (ITIL) knowledge and experience, SLA management.
• Financial planning and control experience.
• Vendor managment experience.
• Experince with process definition, procedures documentation.
• Understanding of interdependencies between different elements of infrastructure and ability to architect solutions.
• Experience of DRP, BCP creation.
• Experince of organization of technical support/ help desk/ service desk, Inventory management/ CMDB.
• Excellent communication skills and understanding of business processes.
• Information security (data protection, personal data, cryptography).
• Readiness for regular buisness trips (to Tver).
• Good knowledge of standard IT software applications (Microsoft Office).
• Fluent level of English.
