MISSION:
Grow fruitful relations with current and potential clients. Manage and deliver
Consumer Neuroscience studies under supervision of Client Service Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage complex client engagements and lead client relationships.
- Drive revenue and sustainable growth
- Create numerous account strategies
- Plan together with the client to create a strong partnership
- Maintain active portfolio of client goals and deliverables
- Deliver high-impact quality presentations to the client
- Lead client discussions to link business issues to potential Nielsen Consumer Neuroscience or other Nielsen solutions.
- Manage both launch and delivery of Consumer Neuroscience studies for the client according to the brief
- Perform other miscellaneous responsibilities as need
- Provide exceptional client service and high quality data in deliverables to grow client relationship and develop trust in team and products.
- Effectively communicate complex concepts in a simple manner – oral and written.
MAIN OBJECTIVES 2017
Client Consultant, Client Service is an integral part of the Neuroscience account team and is responsible
for establishing a partnership with numerous clients.
Client Consultant, Client Service sells Nielsen Consumer Neuroscience services and solutions
within the assigned accounts, manages those account relationships
REQUIREMENTS:
- Higher education of leading state Universities in Economics/Marketing
- Strong analytic skills, with the ability to distill large quantities of data into a story
- Strong project management skills and ability to influence others in support of project deliverables.
- Strong interpersonal skills, highly motivated, strong orientation toward client relationships.
- Proficiency using in Microsoft Office
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize based on client and team feedback.
- Level of English language proficiency: Advanced
