Работодатель может предложить примерно следующую оплату труда: до 230000 руб. на вакантной должности "Senior Buyer (Mining Equipment)".
Responsibilities:
- Fundamental proficiency in all duties and responsibilities of a Procurement Buyer, including; sourcing, tendering, bid evaluation, RFA, PO development and award, expediting, supplier management, etc.;
- Maintains matrix reporting to the Project Management;
- Executes to company's standard operating procedures and supports Project procedures and requirements;
- Sources and procures goods through acceptable procurement practices in a timely manner from the open market;
- Reviews and negotiates procurement/contractual terms and conditions for completeness and accuracy and achieves the best value;
- Awareness on Russian Federation Mining Sub-Soil Tendering procedures and regulations;
- Reviews market trends and maintains awareness of new products and suppliers;
- Motivates, trains and reviews performance of the procurement staff;
- Maintains appropriate records and files;
- Maintains constant liaison with projects, operations, maintenance, engineering, materials management, transport and logistics, and other departments to determine requirements and obtain specifications on goods to be procured;
- Supports Procurement group by applying Procurement performance metrics in support of the overall Procurement strategy;
- Evaluates continuous improvement opportunities;
- Ensures compliance with internal and external policies and regulations;
- Defines performance objectives for each team member to include individual competency development plans;
- Makes the overall Procurement and Supply Chain Management group more effective and efficient, through an understanding of local cultural norms, political and social issues;
- Supports change and actively sponsors key activities and initiatives;
- Maintains the approved list of vendors/suppliers;
- Supports all local purchasing initiatives;
- Ensures expediting is completed in an efficient manner through project expediting and materials management guidelines.
Requirements:
- Higher education, IPMA-certification is an advantage;
- Min. 5 years’ experience, in-country, in mining or uranium industry in procurement department (mining equipment!);
- Projects, Mining background or mine site exposure;
- Managerial experience;
- Understanding of Russian supplier base and contacts within;
- Proven, successful experience in Supply Chain function(s);
- Regional awareness through experience working with other cultures and people;
- Proficiency in business English and Russian;
- Pays close attention to details;
- Possess high ethical and professional standards in all dealings;
- Proficiency: Full MS Suite (MS Excel, Word & Power Point required and Access) and Oracle preferred.
Conditions:
- Permanent contract according to Russian Labour Code;
- Salary upon interview results;
- Based in Moscow office but position may be required to travel to mine sites.
