Responsibilities:

• Effective distribution and use of financial resources of the company with a purpose of maximizing shareholders’ wealth.
• Develop, coordinate and support annual and long-term financial planning and budgeting.
• Submit the monthly / quarterly / annually financial reports to the head-office (corporate reporting)
• Support the management of the company with a relevant financial analysis, develop and implement the countermeasures for handling the revealed deviations as well as measures for improving of financial position / results of the company.
• Handle different individual financial and business projects, report directly to Managing Director; coordination with regional CFO.
• Provide management in time with reviews of projects’ financial status and progress in various programs and activities.
• Coordinate treasury, cash flow analysis and forecast.
• Develop and implement major accounting and financial policies and procedures with further control of their realization.
• Coordination with Chief Accountant ensuring that local accounting is properly prepared.
• Convert local accounting data according to IFRS making proper adjustments in accounting system.
• Analysis and evaluation of various investment projects and business-plans.
• Plan and coordinate an annual audit.
• Team management (Head of Financial Department: Accounting and Controlling ).

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Finance / Economics or similar.
• Min. 3 years of experience in an international company as Finance Director / Deputy Finance Manager (experience in the service sector is a plus).
• Excellent knowledge of IFRS as well as experience in national RU GAAP and local taxation.
• Fluent English is a must!
• Experienced user of SAP/R3 (FI/CO) and 1С.
• Experience in Leadership.
• Ability to work under pressure and to handle multiple tasks in a short time.
• Open, outspoken, ambitious personality with strong assertiveness.
• Ready for periodical travelling abroad and within the country.
