We are looking for Supply network Industrial Engineering manager in Pet Nutrition business segment.

The role job purpose is to develop and implement a Supply Network development strategy. The role holder objective is to ensure mid and long-term capacity/capabilities availability for the enabling of business growth, supply network efficiency and sustainability. Being accountable for the assigned technologies capacity/capabilities, the role holder is in charge to prepare, align and submit (if required) the major capital projects.

You will do

• Responsible to complete the submissions of all large minor and major capital projects, liaising with key cross functional stakeholders (both regional and global) to gain alignment on the proposal. Authors all project write-up documents.
• Indirectly manage cross-functional project teams to come to best solutions in technical scope, budget and project financials (cashflow, payback, IRR, FATR, EP).
• Along with Technology Cluster Engineers and Site Technical Managers co-create the design of all large minor and major projects across regional sites.
• Optimize & develop the Supply Chain: own the development of options and recommends long-term Regional Sourcing Strategy
• Analyse and improve performance
• Engage with the Global IE Community and share global performance initiatives and information across the regional supply community.
