The Employer Reputation Expert role will provide process management and operational support in 2 key strategic Mars Employer Reputation initiatives:
- Digital, Social Media & Recruitment Marketing: Implementation, support and maintenance of key programs to increase employer reputation awareness and foster a more robust talent pipeline.
- Employer Reputation: Attraction & Retention Activations to increase the awareness of the Mars employer reputation
Additional responsibilities include special projects as assigned, and contribution to the Employer Reputation community (e.g., sharing best practices with teammates & stakeholders)
You will do:
- Administer and maintain multi-channel Mars digital Social, Media Accounts including manaing the SMM partners, content creation and alignment with internal stakeholders.
- Deploy cross-segment oneMars employer reputation activities which include innovative campaigns, and processes that strengthen and increase the awareness of the Mars employer reputation
- Administer and maintain Mars careers webpage for Russia in line with global careers page guidelines while ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Responsible for running reports against the identified key metrics and make recommendations on areas for improvement to enhance the Mars employer reputation
- Coordinate the routine activities of Employer Reputation operations and create protocols for efficiency
- Managing relationships with Employer Reputation vendors, developing processes and monitoring vendor efficiencies;
- Create and facilitate streamlined communications to all stakeholders to educate and cascade Employer Reputation information to the region
We expect:
- 2 years project planning & process experience
- Talent Acquisition, HR, or a related field (preferably within a corporate environment)
- Experience managing external vendors
- Specialized training in MS Office, social media, and applicant tracking systems strongly preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the proven ability to communicate with all levels including management and external parties
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Experience of Marketing tools/tactics, social media platforms
