As a Business Operations Specialist, you’ll be responsible for developing and managing clients/partners/agents’ relationships and expectations across Europe. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for all things from business development, marketing to technology.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for expanding P2P merchant and channel resources in Europe
- Result-oriented, participate in the overall planning of user growth, propose practical product solutions
- Maintain relationships with local VIP customers and users and generate interest
- Improve market share by applying the competitive initiatives
- Collect first-hand market insights, regularly provide user feedback, and coordinate with other teams to solve customer issues
- Perform regular market analysis
- Participating in product promotion activities
- Complete OKRs assigned by the company
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills with excellent relationship management and sales skills, community management experience
- At least 1 year of marketing experience, preferably experience in tech companies or advertising agencies
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Understanding blockchain and cryptocurrencies, high interest in this industry.
- Capable of working under pressure
- Language skills English, Russian
