VTB Group’s Corporate Investment Business is a leader in the international investment banking sector in Russia. Responsibilities:
- Arrangement of financial products for corporates (Metals&Mining sector) (products – corporate finance, project finance, complex structured finance, shareholder finance, M&A, syndications, trade finance, commodity finance, other types)
- Sales of financial products to clients

Communication/negotiations with clients (main contact person for the client) on all questions wrt credit products

Coordination and leadership of internal processes/ project team throughout all stages of deal arrangement

Key person within the Bank responsible for all aspects of cooperation with clients on credit products

Drafting Term Sheets and negotiating those with clients

Negotiation of financing and security documentation (Russian and English law) with clients
- 10+ years’ experience in corporate or investment banking (dealing with 1st tier Russian and/or international companies) - lending, structured finance, syndications, large clients coverage with deep expertize in financing products, M&A, IB products - or corp fin in large corporate
- Client facing background - CFO/Head of CorpFin/Head of Treasury level/Head of Strategy
- Experienced in tough negotiations
- Deep knowledge of financing products – transaction structures, commercial and legal terms of transactions important for lending and borrowing sides, covenants, etc
- Deep knowledge of loan documentation (Russian law, English law (LMA standards), Syndicated loan facilities
- Good knowledge in corporate finance
- Fluent professional English
