Employment: full employment, irregular working hours
Project implementation and management in a major investment corporation presented in Russia and many major financial markets.
Responsibilities:
Project management including the following areas:
- Agree and finalize project scope;
- Make project plan and keep it up to date;
- Projects delivery performance monitoring and control;
- Stakeholders management;
- Team management;
- Budgeting;
- Quality Assurance;
- Risk management;
- Change Management;
- Vendor management in scope of project implementation;
- Direct communication and coordination with internal IT;
- Project documentation and regular project delivery status reporting;
- Conference calls and meetings with internal and international resources and customers.
Requirements:
- Higher education: technical or/and economical or/and financial;
- Experience at the same position: not less than 2 years;
- PMI (and/or IPMA, Prince 2) approach understanding for practical project management;
- Awareness of local legislation related to investment business;
- Awareness of banking operations corresponding to investment business;
- Knowledge of investment products (REPO, MM, derivatives, cash equity, fixed-income, equity financing);
- Awareness of modern electronic trading technologies, such as HTF, ALGO, DMA (is ++ to a candidate)
- Experienced PC user (Windows, MS Office, MS Project);
- Russian- fluent; English – fluent reading and writing, confident speaking (upper intermediate).
