• Company Clients accounts additions and redemptions processing (cash and securities)

• Clients Reports generating and distribution

• Client positions reconciliation

• Daily control on client accounts

• Fees and Taxes Calculation and checking

• Analyzing client’s activities and prevent possible mistakes and problems

• Coordinate client trades settlement

• Tight communication with Front office, establish fruitful relations with internal clients within Business Support Group

• Explaining clients and front office figures from the reports

• Establishing good relations with Special depositories and other controlling authorities

• Communication with clients on different matters

• Communication with the employees on different firm-wide matters (main targets of firm future development etc.)

• Measure client’s satisfaction, expectations and perceptions with feedback mechanism

• Provide more responsive, more reliable, more satisfying services and ongoing support that meets the expectations of clients

• Develop service specific strategies and centralized client management

• Planning and coordination of structured transaction execution within OPS

• Min 1-2 years of relevant experience (Banking, Financial Consulting or Broker middle-office)

• Custody operations

• Trades settlement

• Good client service experience

• Documentary Compliance and Anti-money Laundering Control

• Compliance reporting

• Client relationship skills, Communication and Influencing skills, Creativity, Customer centric

• Russian and international law standard legal documentation (basic principles)

• Credit and Market Risk Management (basic)

• Treasury (Loans management) (basic principles)

• Good oral and written communication

• PC literacy (MS Office)

• English - advanced level

• Fixed salary;
