Recruitment Specialist – Russia, Ukraine and Europe – based Moscow

We've had a cooperative relationship with Russia and the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) since the 1970s, when Boeing was part of the historic Apollo-Soyuz joint space mission. We continue to partner with Russia in the areas of aviation, metallurgy, space, engineering, information technology and communications.
We now have an exciting opportunity for a recruiter to join our HR team in our Moscow office. The successful applicant will have an extensive background in recruitment, ideally in a large corporate environment. This varied role will be supporting all roles in Russia and Ukraine and working closely with our recruitment team in Rome, who focus on continental European roles.
Qualifications/skills:
- Talent sourcing, candidate evaluation and screening
- Interviewing and offer negotiation
- Leverage online recruiting resources, tools and systems to identify and recruit the best candidates
- Developing successful strategies to fill different roles
- Ability to build solid relationships with hiring managers, HR and other stakeholders
- Ability to work well within the team but also manage own workload individually
- New hire on boarding
- Excellent English skills, both written and oral
- Previous experience of an ATS system (preferably Taleo) would be helpful
