Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall retention, activation, conversion and recall of users.
- Understand the company's products and users through data, formulate user growth strategies, revitalize or expand user growth channels and traffic depressions, and promote user growth and activity;
- Observe and analyze user data, understand the meaning behind the data, and find key indicators;
- Develop refined operational strategies based on data analysis, monitoring user behavior habits and changes in various indicators;
- Good at operations, mainly refined operations to improve user conversion;
- Integrate operating resources, can effectively use different operating tools, formulate corresponding strategies, and improve operating resource utilization;
- Result-oriented, participate in or lead the overall planning of user growth, propose practical product solutions, and continuously improve the new effect through product means
- Formulate growth activity projects and promote project docking, implementation, implementation and analysis
- Perform regular market analysis, supporting other business development and strategic initiatives
Requirements:
- Three years and above user growth operation experience, leading tech companies background.
- Possess strong ability of data analysis and problem definition, can find problems and solve problems;
- Be curious enough about new things in the industry and understand the advanced practices of user growth work for Internet companies at home and abroad
- Possess good communication skills, and be able to collaborate in the development, product, design, operation and promotion of multiple departments
- Fluent English language skill is a MUST.
