The newly created Novartis Leadership Trainee Program was created to offer future Novartis Leaders to start their career in one of the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies impacting 750 million lives around the world.
At Novartis we are reimagining medicine to address some of society’s most challenging healthcare issues. We discover and develop breakthrough treatments and find new ways to deliver them to as many people as possible.
Working in a home country with an international rotations over a 2 years journey, each rotation will last from 4-6 months giving associates the exposure to different Novartis businesses and functions and opportunity to led different project in different departments. There will two possible rotations flow: scientific and commercial.
Scientific Trainee:
- Regulatory Affairs
- Clinical Trials
- Market Access
- Medical Affairs
Commercial Trainee
- Marketing
- Commerical Execution
- Sales
- Market Access
Minimum Requirements:
- University student in final year of until graduate until max 2 years after graduation
- Innovative and creative in thinking style
- Drive for results and more importantly impact
- Intermediate in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong collaborator with ability to work independently
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Easily builds relationships across all levels of an organization
- Agile and able to adjust to change
- Enjoys being a learner
