Working in METRO means to build a career in an international company with a 50-year history of success. Responsibilities:
- Identify necessary measures with respect to both the underlying IT risks and defined gaps.
- Maintain the IT security policy that includes country-specific and detailed IT security regulations in alignment with Corporate guidelines
- Identify discrepancies between the actual situation and the policy (“gaps”).
- Monitor the implementation of IT security measures, assure the implementation of IT security measures with impact on organization, processes and people.
- Evaluate change requests with IT impact via Requirement Management process.
- Document IT security incidents, and identify/implement appropriate countermeasures.
- Create regular reports about achieved level of IT security and about IT security incidents, for IS Manager/Board/Compliance Officer/Manager/Head of Legal.
- Participate in development of an emergency plan from and IT security point of view, and execute regular emergency tests.
- Communicate with Legal Department for verification of legal impact of IT security measures.
- Contribute to IT projects with IT security relevant issues, and approve results, propose IT security measures to be added to the scope of a project.
- Revise and update periodically the IT security policy, risk map and protection-needs.
- Coordinate local training and support, and raise awareness in the field of IT security.
- Coordinate and monitor all IT security relevant activities.
- Participate in Compliance Incident Handling Committee, when required
- Participate in compliance investigations either by own initiative or by request
- Conducting data leakage projects and cyber-hunting for malicious users, activities and/or processes/connections
- Support Forensic in the investigations
Requirements:
- Higher education, preferable IT/engineering
- Relevant IT Security experience preferably in International company at least 5 years
- Proven skills/certificates in IT Security area
- English spoken and written
