The Role
Oversee the financial and controlling management of the company and, if the need arises, supervise accounting and the information systems:
- Manage the controlling processes associated with the plan, budget and trends:
- assessing the major objectives
- analysing the results of activity
- anticipating risks
- carrying out the necessary arbitration with members of the management committee with regard to the allocation of resources
- Implement and maintain permanent procedures to guarantee the coherence, relevance and reliability of management information flows and financial flows in line with the Group's standards
- Implement all necessary initiatives required to manage and apply procedures and good practices pertaining to Internal Control
- Optimize savings and productivity opportunities and to propose them to his/her Management Committee in order to optimize costs
- Supervise the drafting of monthly reports
- Ensure the reliability of taxation and legal operations (company accounts, contracts, etc.)
- Participate in developing teams and to provide them with all necessary support in carrying out their mission
The Candidate
- Higher Education in Finance, Accounting or Audit sphere
- 10 years’ experience in Finance with experience in FMCG / Retail / Consumer Goods industry
- Experience with supervision of several countries is a plus
- Outstanding people management skills
- Dynamic and self-motivated
- Fluent English
