Key Duties and Responsibilities
Although the scope and focus of the day to day activities within the role will change dependent on business requirements, the following should be considered the core activities:
Key responsibilities
· Creation of visual assets to be used in presentations, RFPs, Demos
· Updating company corporate materials (mostly Russian-based)
- Layout and editing of Russian-speaking paper and electronic materials at the request of your supervisor
- Work closely with marketing team
· Preparation of Business Cards
· Designing necessary materials for in-house BPC activities
· Liaison with printing agencies when required
· Follow and accurately complete within timeframes the requests of your supervisor

Person Specification
You should have 1 years + experience working in-house or with an agency to qualify for the role.
Skills and Competencies
Essential
- Higher Education in Design/Journalism/Marketing/PR/Architecture or related field
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Photoshop CS 9 (or later) - InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop
- Good knowledge of MS PowerPoint
- Attention to Detail
- Understanding of brand and visual identity
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to formulate questions related to requests and communicate professionally
- An enthusiastic approach
- Extremely good time management
- High level of responsibility
- Understanding of print and production processess (how it is done, what to do, who to address)
- A ‘get-shit-done’ attitude
- Advanced English Speaker is a must (We are International company with first language being English)
- Fluent Russian Speaker
Desirable
- An interest in mobile apps, smartphones and tablet technology is a plus
- Knowledge and experience of 3D drawing, Sketch 3D programs is a plus
- Knowledge of video production/editing with Adobe After Effects, FinalCut
- Experience within IT company will be considered as a plus
- Wide portfolio will be considered as a plus
- Desire to work and grow as a professional designer in an International company
- Desire to take up additional projects and work in a cross-dep fast moving environment
