Exclusive distributor of Leonardo helicopters in Russia and CIS has just opened the position of a Legal & Reports Specialist to support growing sales activity of the company.
Leonardo Helicopters is former AgustaWestland, Italian OEM of helicopters for business aviation and special missions. Our company has been representing LH in Russia and other CIS countries for over 10 years, performing all sales and marketing activities.
Job Description
- Become a member of the solid team that has extensive experience in business aviation, helicopter sales and customer support, and have been with the company for over 7-8 years.
- Support the team in compliance, preparation of reports to the manufacturer based on a day-to-day activities with the customers.
- Report to the Head of Legal Department, work in close cooperation with Sales & Marketing departments.
- Draft and review various contracts, provide certain ad hoc legal & tender support for the Head of Legal.
Qualifications
- Law degree from a respected university.
- Proven track record of professional legal work experience of 2+ years (preferably in a western company with relevant activities in Russia).
- Strong understanding of legal aspects relevant for corporate and contract law.
- Professional English skills are required with a reasonable knowledge of the business & legal terminology.
- Good knowledge of Word/ Excel is a must, as well as good formatting skills, attention to details.
Personal Qualities
- Strong ethics and integrity focus.
- Strong relationship building skills.
- Desire to contribute to a positive atmosphere at the Moscow office.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills and ability to work in multicultural environment.
- Capable of managing word flow, revising large documents of 100-200 pages, maintaining corporate style.
- Armed with keen interest to dig to the bottom of the matter in question.

- Analytical skills
