PicsArt is seeking a Social Media & Community Manager for Moscow Office to help take our company to the next level.

You will manage and develop content, helping PicsArt reinforce a strong brand voice and nurture relationships with the community of creators. This role is about both art and science. On one hand, your great sense of style, love for art, photo and video should be a catalyst to create engaging, creative content – both written and visual.

On another side, you should be tech-savvy and business-oriented: monitoring what works best, analyzing KPIs and being able to adjust quickly to the users needs.

This role reports to Sr. Product Marketing Manager in the Moscow team. You’ll have all the necessary instruments for work: access to analytical tools, training, and the help of team members.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Social Media Management (about 60% of workload):

• Define content strategy and manage posting on PicsArt Russia’s social channels;

• Create regularly visual and written content: based on product features, edits, UGC, global content, collaboration with influencers, and more;

• Collaborate with PicsArt Russia designers to ensure visually aesthetical and top-quality content;

• Finding influencers relevant to PicsArt Russia, establish and manage relations with them;

• Conduct social listening on Instagram and other social media: search for trending visuals, hashtags, and edits;

• Analyze the performance of content and offer ideas for improvement;

• Communicate with users in social channels in lieu with PicsArt Russia tone of voice;

• Work with the User Acquisition Team to use top-performing social media content for ad purposes and provide insights.

Community Management (about 40% of workload):

• Create Russia & CIS community strategy taking as a baseline global community strategy and local trends, specifics;

• Search for trending content inside the app (hashtags, stickers, edits) and use this data to nurture in-app micro-communities;

• Find and nurture VIP users (the most active and talented users of PicsArt in Russia);

• Communicate regularly with PicsArt community, get their feedback and share it with the team;

• Plan and conduct local in-app challenges;

• Initiate community activations (online and offline activities);

• Align the plans with the senior management team in Russia and the US;

QUALIFICATIONS

We’re looking for a person who is intensely curious about technology, exhibits a can-do attitude, and approach their work with determination and fun. You are a team player, quick thinker and can work effectively in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment. In particular:

• 2+ years of social media management;

• Deep knowledge of Instagram (formats, algorithms and techniques) and at least one other social platform (VK, YouTube, or TikTok);

• Knowledge of Russian & CIS bloggers, influencers and media;

• Proficient in content creation: writing text, selecting images, creating photos and videos for respective social media accounts;

• Good sense of modern Russian language, slang and idioms;

• Proficiency in English (you’ll work with colleagues from global offices in San Francisco, LA, Yerevan, etc.);

• Personal content creation experience is a strong plus;

• Excellent collaboration and negotiation skills;

• Ready to be on top of everything 7/365;

• KPI oriented and good understanding of social media metrics;
