The objective is to support the detailed studies management, subcontracted by designated subcontractor to different RDIs.
The resident will report to the Structural Field Engineering Manager of the Project – or to the KMD steel structure Engineer assigned to the Project for the concerned module.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring correct receipt and understanding of information by Steel Subcontractors;
- Controlling that targets on quality and schedule for detail design are maintained;
- Ensuring that quantities are revised and updated each month all along the project;
- Reviewing with Subcontractors' RDIs the weekly and monthly Engineering progress data;
- Solving technical issues with the steel Subcontractors in coordination with Specialist in Moscow operating Center;

Controlling 3D model progress and production curves for the documentation;

Answering and solving technical queries (TQ's) issued by the steel Subcontractor in coordination with Moscow operating Center.

Preparing the tracking list, monitoring the replies and taking action in case of delay (standard time to reply is less than 5 working days);

Alerting KMD steel structure Engineer in case of disruption or non-application of the project standards or procedures;

Maintaining key performance indicators for errors and applicable standards not followed.
- Higher education;
- 3 years or more of experience in structural engineering;
- Intermediate knowledge of English (written and spoken);
- Experienced user of MS Office package, AutoCAD, STAADPRO, Navisworks, EDMS;

Accuracy, stress resistance.

Working for one of the largest Oil&Gas construction projects of federal importance;
- Workplace in Chelyabinsk, St Petersburg, Novokuznetsk, Belgorod OR Kurgan (the final working place will be defined upon the award of contract in February 2020);
- 5/2 working week, 09.00-18.00;
