Leading international bank, specialized on providing loans to large corporate customers (both exporters and importers), is seeking for experienced credit analyst (corporate borrowers)

Duties:

• Analysis of financial and economic activities of the borrowers - legal entities (large and medium business, residents and non-residents);

• Conducting financial analysis of financial accounts (RAS, IFRS) and management reporting of the borrower;

• Preparation and analysis of the cash flow forecast of the borrower in order to confirm the possibility of loan servicing;

• Interaction with customers and customer managers on obtaining documents and information for analysis;

• Analysis of credit risk factors and preparation of recommendations for their reduction;

• Monitoring compliance with established credit limits, borrower standards and loan portfolio of the Bank;

• Conducting industry analysis and analysis of markets, where the borrower operates;

• Preparation of the conclusion and the full package of documents for consideration by the credit committee and presentation of the loan application on the credit committee;

• Monitoring of issued loans and received security, as well as financial standing (mortgagors, guarantors), including quarterly analysis of the financial statements of borrowers and the formation of professional judgments, based on approved methods of the Bank;

• Participation in the preparation of reports and statistics on the loan portfolio;

• Development and updating of internal regulatory documents and methodologies on issues of credit analysis and provisioning;

• Preparation of package of documents for putting into the credit file;

• Interaction with authorized representatives of Bank of Russia, internal and external auditors within the job duties.

Requirements:

• Higher financial and economic education;

• Work experience of credit analyst, analyst on credit risks (corporate business) from 3 years;

• Ability to reasonably and laconically express opinion (in writing) and draw conclusions, skills of effective communication;

• Attentiveness to details, punctuality;

• Knowledge of Russian and International accounting standards;

• The skills of consolidating and verifying the correctness of reporting;

• Skills of financial analysis and risk analysis;

• Knowledge of Bank of Russia regulations on lending, credit risk assessment and reserve formation (590-P, 611-P, 180-I, etc.) and excellent skills on application this knowledge in practice;

• Good command of written and spoken English (for use in work);

• Successful experience of interaction with authorized representatives of the Bank of Russia, knowledge on how to make well-grounded replies on applications and requests of the authorized representatives of the Bank of Russia, and (or) the successful experience in participation in the inspections by the inspection team of the Bank of Russia on credit matters;

• Experience in conducting credit analysis of syndicated lending transactions (it is considered as an advantage);

• Experienced PC user - MS Office (Word, Power Point, Excel).
