Requirements:
- High Education in International Economics / Finance (preferably from a leading universities)
- Not less than 3 years trade and export finance experience gained in banks / corporates / ECAs / financial advisors
- Proven track record of executed ECA covered deals (bank-to-bank, EXIAR, direct scheme)
- Professional experience with trade finance products, good knowledge of documentary products and forms of trade finance
- Strong skills in overall ECA deals structuring (starting from preliminary analyses and due diligence review till execution stage)
- Deep knowledge of ECA products (European / Asia / Russian ECAs) and export finance tools
- Good skills in credit and collateral documentation processes
- Fluent speaking and written communication skills in English and Russian
- Knowledge of the market and market trends, competitors and regulatory environment
- Knowledge of LMA standards for Loan documentation, OECD consensus & Incoterms, ICC latest reduction as a plus
- Good knowledge of Bloomberg tools is desirable
- Strong origination and communication skills, ability to liaise at all levels
- Readiness to work in challenging atmosphere
Main responsibilities:
- Overall development of ECA covered finance business as part of an international deal team working in different locations
- Cooperation/communications with ECAs, clients, governmental bodies, institutional investors, advisers (finance, legal, environmental etc) on structuring/financing/refinancing of export finance deals
- Responsible for origination and structuring of ECA covered transactions in the most appropriate scheme (buyers’ credits, including via LC post-financing/discounting of def. payment, umbrella financing, framework ECA agreements, funded and unfunded sub participations, refinancing programs, subsidies etc.)
- Facility and collateral documentation review from the product perspective
- Participation in interbank procedures / related approvals on the product’s side
- Development of new revenue streams by actively searching, identifying new customers as well as exporters who conduct foreign trade and potentially eligible for ECA finance
- Participation in clients meetings as a product manager, presentations and conferences
- Preparation of analytical and statistical data (both market research and internal reports)
- Optimization of internal procedures, rules and regulations and work practices in ECA covered finance business of VTB Group
