JOB PURPOSE
To be responsible for the delivery of successful customer focused technical services within the portfolio of Russian events, in line with the Technical Services – Senior Manager Russia, ensuring the global standards and ITEs best practise guidelines are applied correctly.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
To be responsible for the technical services across particular exhibitions and conferences in the portfolio of Russian events:
- Responsible for providing customer focused technical service of the appropriate level and quality
- Responsible for the successful and improved technical sales and service across the portfolio of events, to include but not limited to the smooth running with a great look and feel across all exhibitions and conferences;
- Service exhibitors in a timely fashion, ensuring to offer the services required by the market and provide a beginning-to-end elite customer service experience for the exhibition services and package upsell options;
- Communication with other international offices, particularly London. It is important that there is a strong collaborative approach between International Technical Services based in Moscow, and International Sales Group and International Customer Success both based in London HQ office.
- Support and communication with International Sales Group and International Customer Success, based in London HQ.
- Frequent requests to draw up possible stand layouts and stand designs in Microstation for exhibitors and International Sales Group team members, to assist with stand sales.
- Learning and working to global operations best practice.
- Regular reporting of event specific statistics, target tracking updates and revenue ‘v’ profit figures across technical services;
- Good understanding of company H&S policy with adherence and monitoring of H&S in every current activity. Give every support to the staff in charge with health & safety.
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
Experience & Knowledge
- 2 years proven experience Technical Sales and Services across multiple large events
- Experience liaising with dignitaries and high-profile individuals
- Proven experience of budget saving initiatives across technical service
- Computer literate
- Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of graphics editor Coral Draw is an advantage.
