Technical Requirements:
- Understanding of Object oriented programming paradigm
- Have a good working knowledge of a relational RDBMS (preferably Oracle) and be proficient in SQL
- Database developmental skills
- Development skills in Oracle PL/SQL
- Development experience in large enterprise based systems
- Project experience in installing, configuring, testing and training clients
- Development skills in VB.NET, ASP.NET – Preferable
- Familiar with ISO 8583 message format – Optional
Other Requirements:
- Educated to degree level in a relevant subject or IT related such as Computer Science
- Willingness to travel abroad for project implementations
- Good command of Russian and English
- Ability to express ideas and opinions clearly
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly
