Job Description:

• Creating a long-term vision for the content based on the company's objectives and end user's needs.
• Experimenting with content formats and measuring their effectiveness on an ongoing basis.
• Collecting and analysing content performance data.
• Developing the knowledge base content strategy and suggesting ways to measure its effectiveness.
• Providing assistance to the interdivisional content writers with setting goals and analyzing content performance.
• Synchronization of work and marketing campaigns of different divisions.
• Elaboration of the tone, style, and voice of all product content.
• Suggesting areas for improvement of the customer journey map in product content produced by different divisions.
• Conducting regular content audits.
• Maintaining budgets.
• Working closely with other teams (developers, designers, product marketers, etc.) to deliver high-quality product content.

Requirements:

• Understanding of the metrics used to measure content performance.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Experience in conducting content audit.
• Ability to assess existing content and suggest areas for improvement.
• In-depth knowledge of SEO.
• Advanced English.
• Writing and editing skills.
