HR Business Partner (Industrial Enterprise)
Position is open in a well-known international industrial enterprise. Office location: the north of Moscow.

Objectives
-
Act as dedicated HR Business Partner for one of the industrial divisions of the company in Russia and corporate legal entities in CIS countries.

Manage the strategic HR project: drive implementation of human capital management software in Russia and CIS countries in close collaboration with the global headquarter.
Expectations
-
3+ years of experience in HR field, in well-established companies.
-
Strong understanding of various HR functions.
-
Experience in HR software implementation projects would be an advantage.

Fluent written and spoken English.

Ability to build solid relationships within and outside of HR.

Superior verbal and written communication skills.
-
Strong mindset for continuous improvement, agility, result-oriented personality.
