Role Summary/Purpose
The Method Statement Engineer (MSE) prepares and develops Method Statement Documentation according to the Russian legislative requrments for outage execution. In addition MSE will assist in planning and preparation of outage execution.
Essential Function
- Prepare Method Statement Documentation for outage execution and agree it with Customer representative following the Russian legislative requerments.
- Review, the part that concerns him, interfaces the secondary technical trades, summarise documents,
- Review implement changes requested by Client method statements until approval.
- Take part meetings the coordination construction design, methods works considers changes the schedules optimise deadlines costs,
- Organize task launching meetings (PRE-TASK meeting) when new method statement approved
- Provide suggestions recommendations the Site Managers when needed.
- Identify technical problems and make the necessary technical decisions within the limitations imposed by contractual requirements
- Perform all the necessary engineering verifications and calculations necessary for the methodology to be implemented
- Assit in planning and preparation of outage execution.
- Others duties as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university (OR an Associate’s Degree with a minimum of 3+ years of relevant professional work experience)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with Project Management
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in fields services or power generation
- Expereince with GE OEM turbines or generators
- Experience with Method Statement documentation development and as-build documentation preparation
