Responsibilities:-
New products launch & product profile:
a) document flow with suppliers & related departments (Production Part Approval Process’ documents collection, prepare required templates and product information documents for product launch and maintenance, agreements, annexes, initial orders for new products, package approval (design, label, report), part numbers and pricing registration, i-sheets, warranty policy confirmation, new product database (managing documents and files, system and folders’ structure update), initial orders’ control and delivery, materials for product communication with Distributors, dealers;
b) fitting tests planning for new products: coordination of suppliers, dealers, OEM producers, scheduling and fitting planning

Suppliers’ coordination: payment conditions & terms, bank account registration, acts of reconciliation, supplier’s information card and suppliers’ evaluation management (background, on-time delivery, accuracy level of invoice and adequate delivery documentations, pricing variations, development timing of new products according to schedule, defect rate and audit results etc.), sending and receiving documents for the company related to product management

Benchmark and market analysis with using open sources, costs management system preparation (tooling, development costs, logistic, amortization etc.)

Assist with projects and events as needed: ACCY events & exhibitions, trainings, showcase for dealers’ conference, showcar test-drive and press-park’s samples

Additional projects and duties as assigned: participation in product creation and launch process (genuine accessories), monthly sales reports to suppliers, motivation campaigns’ analysis, ad-hoc reports for management and HQ; draft memos and reports, coordinate travel in department.

Higher education

Level of English language – intermediate

PC user: Excel and Power Point, Microsoft office

Good analytical and communication skills, multitasking and decision-making, superior organizational skills

Focus on results, the ability to work under pressure and in the frames of short deadlines, ability to work with significant volumes of information and set priorities, the ability to search for new solutions
