Job Summary
The BI DevOps engineer at the BI department is responsible for the daily supervision of the below tasks and responsibilities. He/she will report directly to the Head of BI Division.
BI DevOps engineer
He/she is responsible for designing and maintaining CI/CD process within local and SE datawarehouse projects. This includes the following activities:
- Design repository structure sufficient in implementing CI/CD process for datawarehouse projects
- Design and maintain working instructions for the process
- Develop deployment and maintain scripts needed from the process
- Configure and maintain corresponding CI/CD software required for the process
Responsibilities
- Delivery of key and operational tasks assigned by the Head of BI Division
- Maintaining source code repository
- Creating and maintaining deployment scripts
- Configuring and maintaining CI/CD software
- Creating and maintaining working instructions
- Regular deployment to production basing on release schedule
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Technical Science or similar education
- Professional certifications is a plus
- Open minded attitude
- Organize, arrange, balance and manage the personal workload
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Technical Science or similar
- Good general IT knowledge and experience (> 5 years)
- Working Experience in a bank (> 18 months )
- General knowledge and working experience in all IT areas
- Practical experience with, SVN or any other version controlling tools
- Knowledge of database, specially datawarehouse deployment specific
- Professional proficiency of CI/CD software
- English strongly recommended; German is advantageous
