В обязанности работника на вакантом месте входит следующее: -
The mission is to ensure delivery of finished products to internal and external customers from production sites, while optimizing the flow of goods with the best possible conditions in terms of costs and delays.
- Organization and overseeing of storage, shipping of local/of imported products;
- Purchasing (negotiations, selection of partners, preparation of contracts and documents) of logistics services (warehousing, transportation);
- Monitoring of economic performances and service levels of contractors/logistics service providers (LPS);
- Leadership in projects related LPS/cutters, (e.g. transition to new providers, changes in joint operations);
- Participation in S&OP process (calculation of KPIs, participation in supply review, Pre-S&OP, monthly S&OP, weekly S&OP meetings);
- Control of logistics budget and optimization (identification of actions and monitoring of their implementation) of transportation and warehousing operations, incl.: Logistic network and routes, Vehicle and palette load, Warehouse utilization, Delivery schedules (delivery frequency, acceptance conditions, etc.) together with customer service, distributors;
- Control of quality of logistics and problem solving;
- Management of logistic risks;
- Participation in Supply Chain and other company projects;
- Support with implementation of logistic IT tools;
- Logistic team management and development
Требования к работнику следующие: - Higher education, preferably in Logistics/Supply chain;
- At list 5 years experience, in warehouse and transportation management in Logistic/Supply chain department;
- Experience in multi-national FMCG production companies is a must;
- In-depth knowledge of the consumer goods industry and related Russian regulations;
- A strong combination of team spirit, project management skills and the ability to manage client team members as well as direct reporters;
- Proficiency in business English.
