Key performance areas and responsibilities

• Coordinate all financial and tax related activities of the company with relevant third party service provider
• Support company?s offices in the Market in controlling and reporting activities.
• Creates and manages financial controls system and adequate accounting procedures
• Organize and manage statutory and tax accounting work streams aiming to provide external and internal stakeholders with complete and reliable information regarding business activities and company results
• Implement and manage a proper and adequate financial ERP/IT system containing all entries and financial statements statutory required by Russian accounting principles/laws
• Form and manage a company mandatory Accounting Policy
• Acts as a company Chief Accountant with signature powers on documents and reports
• Coordinate all activities related to tax compliance and participate actively in tax inspections
• Assure total transparency of the financial performance of the company
• Perform business controlling activities and support decision making process, taking into account the company?s operations in the Market
• Clearly communicate potential risks in a timely manner
  Propose action plans to meet the company’s financial objectives
• Support performance management process including annual budget and quarterly forecast
• Prepare periodical financial reporting and submit to headquarter according to IFRS and company guidelines.
• Identify opportunities for capital employed improvements and profitability analysis.
• Coordinate interface with service providers in finance, tax, HR, accounting legal and IT.

Your Profile

• University degree in Accounting, Finance or related subjects
• MBA or Post-graduate studies will be a plus
• 5 years and more of solid experience in financial management, accounting and cost analysis
• Excellent knowledge of a local accounting legislation and practices
• Excellent knowledge of ERP and office package (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
• Knowledge of tax legislation
• Very good command of English is a strong plus
• Knowledge of strategic planning
• Proactive and result oriented
