Purpose: To ensure timely andaccurate processing of Quality Deviations in the Company.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Control of documents confirming the reason for quality deviations (QD);
• Handling QD documents in accordance with the contracts to which they relate;
• Defining of QD status;
• Maintaining a database on submitted QD applications;
• Tracking the progress of orders according to QD and informing customers about the delivery time of materials from a factory;
• Sending requests to equipment manufacturers and / or to representatives of the service center of ThyssenKrupp Elevator LLC for processing QD applications;
• Making requests for technical support regarding operating of a particular equipment, including those received by QD applications;
• Controlling receipt and issue of QD with recording in the QD accounting database;
• Organizing QD equipment returns to manufacturers in accordance with their requests;
• Cost accounting for QD (costs for materials and equipment, costs for logistics and customs clearance, costs for work directly on the equipment);
• Management of QD in order to obtain equipment by the end customer;
• Continuous improvement of their qualification level and the process for processing QD;
• Preparing and submitting of the analysis report on QD received;
• Preparing of information reviews and trainings for employees regarding RMR processing;
• Providing information on internal requests from other functional units regarding QD processing status;
• Participating in investigations into the causes of QD with the support of management;
• Ensuring timely execution of the QD processing;
• Monitoring the implementation of the tasks set by management for the successful implementation of the QD processing.

Safety Responsibilities:

• To ensure personal commitment to Occupational Health and Safety in compliance with Russian Statutory Health, Safety & Environmental Regulations, TKE Corporate Health and Safety & Environment Policy.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Higher Education;
• Fluent (written and verbal) English is a must;
• Technical background is preferable.
