Our client, a global pharmaceutical company, a manufacturer of innovative drugs and medical products for the diagnostics, opens a competition for the positions of Marketing Manager

PRIMARY FUNCTION OBJECTIVES:

Purpose of the role:

• Development of long term and short-term plans and business strategies (including CRM and Digital) for the product categories and P&L business management in order to achieve set business targets.
• Responsible for development and realization of tactical plan in Russia&CIS to make products successful. Drive the biggest possible sales&margin, market share growth and products penetrate Medical Community, ensure Russia&CIS meet sales and margin annual plan.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Areas of responsibility:

1. Analysis of market trends and recommend changes and strategies based on market analysis. Analysis and identification of potential increases of market shares of product categories Russia&CIS.
2. Develop and realize ADC annual HCP&KOL tactical plan, including digital&CRM plan and KOL plan and activities. Develop, launch and monitor success of all programs and instruments, promotional materials for key HCP target audiences of ADC in Russia&CIS.
3. Develop programs and instruments for SF, ensure due medical knowledge and quality of training for SF on product, all programs and instruments.
4. Forecast sales and margin on a quaterly basis. Anticipate key influencing factors on ADC short and long term planning process, communicate implications to manager and update actions accordingly.
5. X-functional leadership and alignment in a team including SF, PR, GR, legal, compliance, etc., including international team in other countries, to guarantee excellence in planning and realization of ADC strategy in Russia&CIS
6. Quality Policy: Demonstrate an understanding of the application of the Quality Policy through daily activities. Maintain vigilance to ensure adherence to the Quality Policy and system procedures by promptly reporting noncompliance issues to management.
7. Quality Policy Compliance: Prioritize compliance to the QSR through ongoing support and communication of the Quality Policy. This will be accomplished by leading by example on daily basis, ensuring clear goals for subordinates and ensure prompt corrective action for any noncompliance issues raised by subordinates.
8. Budgeting: Prepare or arrange for preparation of budgets, reports, and forecasts. Ensure they are completed in precise and timely manner. Manage marketing expenses within Plan/ Update. Keep manager informed with regular updates on issues and business performance.
9. Customer Relations: Maintain necessary contact with key customers to achieve objectives of division. Develop and maintain raport with key opinion leaders in the market place to identify trends, competitor activities and new business situation. Monitor competitive situation – their strategies, activities and organizational power.

THE PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITY/SCOPE/BUDGET RESPONSIBILITY (AS APPLICABLE):

A&P Budget Management.

EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:

• Master of Science Degree as must, medical or pharma Degree a plus
• Economy/ Marketing faculty with marketing fundamentals a plus
• Multicultural experience would help to understand company Culture;

Knowledge:

• Advanced understanding of marketing, brand, consumer and market,
• Understand organization as a whole and find synergies across functions, divisions and affiliates,
• Deep knowledge of Russian pharma or medical devices market; endocrinology field is a plus
• Anticipate market trends, regulations change and competitor actions,

Skills – ability to:

• Analyze market and customer information,
• Plan and execute a marketing plan,
• Plan and execute short and long term modeling,
• HCP&KOL marketing
• X-functional leadership and project management
• Adapt to ambiguity and constant change
• English - fluent.

Experience:

• 5-7 years PM experience in international company as must
• Real marketing hands –on experience with proven record,
• Medical/pharma product management experience a must, endocrinology a plus.
• People management success record a plus.
