Location: Moscow, Russia

Key responsibilities:

• Local and global payments’ check (for the following regions: Russia, Europe, the USA, APAC, META, LatAm and etc.).
• Currency control payments and all of the currency control relating documents’ check. Payments’ settlement check on a daily basis in the different online-banking systems.
• Bank statements’ bookkeeping in the internal accounting system on a daily basis.
• Compliance procedure handling regarding the invoices need to be paid (both from the internal payments’ directions as well as from countries’ legislation).
• Interaction with the local offices regarding the questions of the payments
• Engagement in the company salary projects
• Involvement in the KYC procedure, accounts’ opening/closure and other interaction with the banks.

Key requirements:

• Higher Education.
• Advanced level of English is a must, both oral and written (lots of communication with the local offices and the local banks located in EU, USA, APAC, META and LatAm)
• Expertise with in the following programs: MS office, 1C, Axapta, Ariba, Jira, Concur and online-banking systems: Citi, Credit Suisse, BNP, ING (global) Raiffeisen Bank, Sberbank, VTB (Russian).
• Experience in payments execution both Russian and global, including ICO payments between group companies.
• Practice in bank statements’ bookkeeping in different systems.
• High level expertise in currency control legislation for the Russian Federation, such as contracts’ registration in the bank, executing cross-border payments, providing the bank with all the supporting documentation in order to fulfill the company’s liabilities according to the currency control legislation.
• Involvement in the payroll card program.
• Knowledge of KYC procedures and compliance requirements in banks, located in Russia, EU, USA, APAC, META and LatAm.
