Major tasks and responsibilities:
? Supports technical and scientific feasibility assessment of new launch opportunities across the entire portfolio;
? Acts as local leader for global NPD projects in all project phases starting from preparation to commercial launch by coordinating the work of project team, involving local and global resources in order to achieve project objectives (scope, resources, time);
? Maintains up-to-date information in INNOVA tracking tool for all Russian NPD projects in close collaboration with Innovation Manager;
? Support Innovation team in all launches by applying the global product launch process to all new products in RU market, defines needs, timelines and key deliverables for cross-functional team. Coordinate creation of launch plan for the new products in accordance with Product Life Cycle phase;
? Develops and creates a communication network within relevant departments within the company. Creates launch teams for each launch and organizes regular internal launch meetings;
? Flags and helps in finding solutions to various problems that occur during the preparation of launches especially coming externally where the timely execution of all activities is of ultimate importance;
? Maintains change management and new product introduction via internal system.
Qualifications:
? University degree;
? Experience in Pharmaceutical Industry (cross functional projects) more than 1 years;
? Analytical skills;
? Excellent communication skills;
? Upper-intermediate English (written and oral);
? Excellent level of PC use (MS Project advanced user, Excel, Power Point).
